The JOSEPH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL in association with The SORROW SOCIAL ORGANISATION hopes to enlighten the youth of the city and the country at large. This will be carried out by providing smart education to the children. The forethought of the curriculum has been designed keeping in mind, the dynamic needs of the society.

Different methods like the Maria Montessori method and the socio-dramatic method will be followed. We hope to impart an education that will help young minds deal with the daily challenges in life. The school shall provide the children with the overall development of character. This will be ensured by involving the children in various vocational training. The basic objective of this school is to nurture young and developing minds and help them make a difference in society.

Women Empowerment

Different studies show that when we support women’s empowerment, then the entire society benefits from it. However, the education scenario in India is far from it. In India, there is a very improper sex ratio. The reason behind this is female infanticide. The girl child is deprived of her basic education rights. It is time we realise that only an educated and empowered woman can take the necessary steps to think of her children’s education.

Through the right education, we hope that girls will be

1. able to fight for their basic rights
2. protest against domestic violence
3. encourage and educate the immediate neighbors and act as peer educators

Every child will have the opportunity to create themselves. So, we at SORROW SOCIAL ORGANISATION hope to create a better tomorrow by educating the young minds at JOSEPH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL and making them global citizens.

Medical & Health

A regular health check-up of the students of the school will be undertaken by the school. Availability of basic first aid and doctors shall be provided. This will keep the children safe from various ills and regular diseases. The SORROW SOCIAL ORGANISATION looks into the opportunities in revolutionising child health for a brighter tomorrow. Seminars based on various health issues and malnutrition will be organised. This will help the children aware of different diseases.

JOSEPH INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL aspires to provide basic education to all the needy children of society. The SORROW SOCIAL ORGANISATION through its various educational projects hopes to provide every child with a fair chance to enroll in a school.
